SHIPPING POLICY
Orders made between Monday at 5:01 P.M. and Friday at 5:00 P.M. will be delivered on Monday evening. Orders made between Friday at 5:01 P.M. and Monday at 5:00 P.M. will be delivered on Thursday evening.

Old Orchard Neighborhood:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

Ottawa Hills:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

West Toledo:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.
​
Sylvania, OH:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

Bedford Township:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

Parks Tower (UToledo Main Campus):
Students who live on campus from UToledo can select to have their order delivered to the Urbivors drop-off shelf located in the lobby of Parks Tower.

Honors Academic Village:
We deliver to the front desk/leasing office. To pickup your order please visit the leasing office front desk and ask for your Urbivors delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

Olde Towne Apartments:
We deliver to the front desk/leasing office. To pickup your order please visit the leasing office and ask for your Urbivors delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.
Edge 1120 Apartments:
We deliver to the front desk/leasing office. To pickup your order please visit the leasing office and ask for your Urbivors delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.
Vivo Apartments:
We deliver to your front door! You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.
University Hills Apartments:
We deliver to the front desk/leasing office. To pickup your order please visit the leasing office and ask for your Urbivors delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is delivered.

Other locations mentioned to you by an Urbivors Employee:
If an Urbivors employee spoke with you and told you of another agreed-upon delivery location was an option for you, you may place an order and add this location as a note.

All other orders received that are not from any of these locations will be canceled and refunded. Please check back in starting on September 1st for an updated delivery location list. In the meantime, sign up for our email list below to receive updates about Urbivors, including when we expand our delivery radius.
